| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is designed to investigate some semantic and syntactic features of behavioural and metabehavioural verbs denoting verbal processes in English and Vietnamese. Some concepts and terms related to this linguistic area have also been dealt with. A comparative is carried out to explore the similarities and differences in thee use of these verbs in the two language systems. In addition, it gives the implications in teaching and learning English as a foreign language. | en_US |
