In the theoretical part, non-verbal communication plays an important role in communication both in life and in business. With my research, I defined the significance of NVC in business meetings in Vietnam‘s context and suggested some ways to use NVC in business meetings properly. The practical part is done by administering written questionnaires via emails to 30 participants including designers, managers, leaders, HR, and marketing staff among 3 companies in Danang City. This paper identified that body language, eye contact, facial expressions, smile, handshake, and arm gestures are used very frequently. The aim of this research help to identify the criteria that successful entrepreneurs must have to communicate effectively and achieve the goal of the meeting is to have a deeper knowledge of NVC and how they can control and hide their real feeling in different situations by different gestures of non-verbal communication.en_US
