The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of part-time jobs on the satisfaction and academic performance (measured by GPA) of students at the University of Danang. The study utilized a quantitative research method, using online survey questionnaires distributed to 81 students learning at UFLS and DUT of the UD. Results suggested that there is a negative correlation between working hours and students' overall college satisfaction and academic performance. However, GPA among students will vary significantly depending on working hours. Based on these findings, the study tried to suggest potential strategies and policy decisions to support students in balancing their academic and work responsibilities.en_US
