dc.description.abstractNowadays, the film has surpassed national borders and demonstrated its influence in spreading culture to other countries around the world. To achieve this, the film title is one of the important factors that contribute to attracting the viewer's attention right from the first encounter. Therefore, using rhetorical devices to create a captivating film title is something that many filmmakers strive for. This research focuses on analyzing rhetorical devices and their effects on 100 French film titles within the Frenchspeaking community. It is hoped that this study will provide a fresh perspective and a useful resource for French language learners in particular and foreign language learners in general.en_US
